Talent Acquisition Intern, Summer 2017
Talent Acquisition is an integral part of our People & Operations organization at Sony Pictures Entertainment. Our TA Team serves in a consulting capacity to our business. We headhunt, screen, advise and attract the right talent for SPE. This a hands on role with a significant opportunity to learn, areas of exposure will include intern recruiting, full cycle recruiting, social media, data analysis, and event planning.
Responsibilities:
The TA Intern will be responsible for the following projects:
• Engage in recruiting for Fall Interns, including reviewing resumes, screening and submitting candidates
• Partner with universities to promote and post internship roles
• Partner with diverse student organizations to source candidates for opportunities
• Conduct competitive research on social media specifically Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and Twitter, make suggestions on how to expand current out reach for full time and intern hires
• Participate in ad-hoc talent acquisition projects as needed
Day-to-day responsibilities:
• Internship program coordination
• Create and maintain distribution lists
• Manage and analyze data
• Social media posting
• Intern Ambassador
Qualifications:
• Enrollment in an accredited college/university for the duration of the internship is required, students in their 3rd or 4th year strongly preferred
• A demonstrated interested in talent acquisition
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be organized, and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Must have excellent data analysis skills
Program Information:
SPE’s Summer 2017 Internship is a 10 week full time program with two session starts, June 12-August 18 or June 26-September 1, 2017. All applicants must be enrolled in an accredited degree program for the entire duration of their internship and must be available for 40 hours per week for the full 10 week session.
