JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for leading the development of the overall Brand Marketing strategy and annual marketing plan, as well as leading the in-house Creative Services team, Digital marketing and Lead Gen initiatives, enterprise wide down to the local market level. Oversee and manage the branding agency and marketing agency of record to ensure the development of an innovative and inspiring marketing and brand platform. This individual will need to create a marketing strategy that leverages best in class advertising strategies, including social media, promotional partnerships and creative services to focus on strengths, competitive advantage, and differentiation for Comcast Spotlight with the goal of growing our customer base (customer acquisition and retention) and overall achieving our revenue growth targets.
Provides guidance to management in developing Marketing budgets as well as manages the brand marketing and media budget. Reviews and analyzes Marketing budget performance reports to determine trends in the effectiveness of various marketing programs. Evaluates acquisition and retention plans with the intent to maximize market share. Drives change transformation and strategy execution to achieve specific business results.
Develops long-term plans that impact the achievement of business results. Recognizes profitability and revenue potential in business opportunities. Demonstrates leadership versatility.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages Brand Marketing team to ensure the development and implementation of core business, competitive, and brand marketing plans and strategies to achieve over all company objectives.
• Coaches, mentors, and advises Marketing staff.- Oversees and provides direction for market and competitor analysis.
• Provides input and support to Company's leadership in the development of affiliations, sponsorships, and partnership arrangements.
• Develops the annual marketing plan and the strategies, tactics, and resources necessary to achieve department and business objectives.
• Leads strategic plan development and building alliances with industry partners and networks, as needed, to achieve product growth objectives.
• Builds measurement system to determine success of programs.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
