CBS Television Stations consists of 29 owned-and-operated stations, including 16 that are part of the CBS Television Network, eight affiliates of The CW Network, three independent stations and two MyNetworkTV affiliates. Among its stations are WCBS-TV and WLNY-TV (New York), KCBS-TV and KCAL-TV (Los Angeles), WBBM-TV (Chicago), KYW-TV and WPSG-TV (Philadelphia), KTVT-TV and KTXA-TV (Dallas-Ft. Worth), KPIX-TV and KBCW-TV (San Francisco), WBZ-TV and WSBK-TV (Boston), WUPA-TV (Atlanta), WWJ-TV and WKBD-TV (Detroit), KSTW-TV (Seattle), WTOG-TV (Tampa-St. Petersburg), WCCO-TV (Minneapolis), KCNC-TV (Denver), WFOR-TV and WBFS-TV (Miami), KOVR-TV and KMAX-TV (Sacramento), KDKA-TV and WPCW-TV (Pittsburgh), WJZ-TV (Baltimore), as well as WCCO-TV’s satellite stations KCCO-TV (Alexandria, Minn.) and KCCW-TV (Walker, Minn.).
DESCRIPTION:
• Station specialist for assigned CTS Owned markets
• Daily ratings tracking and analysis
• Weekly ratings tracking and analysis
• Sweep ratings tracking and analysis
• Daily News Retention for the CTS group
• Complete requests for customized presentations
• Complete requests from national sales account executives
• Complete requests from CTS Marketing department
• Complete requests from New Business account executives
• Complete requests from local sales for multi-market requests
• Create PowerPoint Slides illustrating the success of our stations
• Process requests for qualitative data (Scarborough/ MRI/ MARS/NPower)
• Process requests for spending reports (Kantar) and SQAD data
• One-Sheets
• New Business presentations
§ Analyze & interpret Nielsen Ratings data.
§ Create rating estimates for programs, specials & sports
§ Create & update sales collateral
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
• Customer service focused.
• Analytical
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Communication Skills.
• Strong knowledge of Power Point, Word and Excel
• At least 1-2 years of local broadcast research experience
• Knowledge of Nielsen, Scarborough Prime Lingo, MRI , Kantar, Wrap Overnights and Wrap Sweeps & Strata
