Overview
Reporting to the Client Account Manager, this position will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing proactive account management of Pearson VUE Pointcode Test Centres for the provision of the French Driving Theory test.
The Regional Manager will also play a significant role in business development, driving profitable testing volumes, by creating and maintaining a good relationship with driving schools, attending industry events, and promoting services to support overall Pointcode goals.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, successfully recruit, retain and grow the Pointcode testing partner network (as appropriate) to successfully achieve defined volume and profitability targets
• Proactively partner and effectively interface with internal teams to ensure opportunities are fully maximised
• Build relationships with the French Driving Schools and their membership organisations
• Support and lead initiatives (as appropriate) in order to grow market share
• Monitor and analyse market trends, with a strong focus on candidate and driving schools feedback and competition offering
• Provide timely and quality reports to management and other stakeholders
• Work closely with the Client Account Manager and other colleagues to understand the needs of the market and share feedback on how we can continuously improve our offering
• Successfully coordinate and manage defined sales-operation processes and policies through to successful resolution, including: contract administration, analysing and giving suggestions on incoming partner web applications and general channel sales-operation supporting tasks
• Proactively manage the Pointcode email and voice mail inboxes through to successful resolution
• Understand the business of assessment and testing in general and the products and solution offering of Pearson VUE in particular

Essential Experience & Qualifications
• Sales or sales support experience is required
• French Speaker
• Enthusiastic, energetic team player who has the ability to work alone, whilst also possessing the judgment to request assistance and or escalate when required
• Efficient negotiation, listening and influencing skills to create and maintain successful business outcomes
• The ability and inclination to work hard and deliver results against deadlines and tough competition
• Clear and strong understanding of the Pearson VUE business model and existing audience strategies
• Strong communication and rapport building skills, both verbally and in writing
• A positive, can-do attitude combining the ability to continually see, speak and communicate in the most positive manner possible, internally and externally
• Excellent English, in both written and verbal form
• Fully familiar with the Microsoft Office suite and associated packages
• Full valid and non-restricted passport

Working Arrangements
• Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 hours, with a commitment to peak time requirement as may be required to fulfil project needs
• Requirement to travel regularly within France and occasionally internationally
