Job Summary:

As a member of the IT Program Management Office (PMO), the Program Manager will be responsible for leading large-scale, complex business programs. The incumbent will be responsible to lead multiple cross-functional projects in support of iHeartMedia. Provide support to the VP PMO in delivering projects in the IT Project Portfolio and support IT savings initiatives, project communications and benefits realization.
The Program Manager will:
• Creates and executes program plans and decomposes programs into projects as needed to achieve to achieve program objectives.
• Ability to decompose projects into manageable tasks, balancing scope, time, cost, quality, and resources.
• Develop comprehensive charters and business case strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Identify resource needs and secure resources to support program objectives.
• Manage all day-to-day aspects of a program, including stakeholder communication, scope, budget and risk and issue management.
• Responsible to manage and lead program communications, steering committee meetings and prepare program metrics for review with executive leadership, business and IT.
• Superior facilitation and communication skills; capable of interfacing effectively with multiple levels of management across iHeartMedia business units.
• Able to structure and lead meetings with clear agendas, action items, and outcomes.
• Team player who can collaborate across business units, IT, Sales & Marketing, Finance and Procurement organizations to effectively implement change initiatives.
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Ability to achieve results through influence over internal & external staff, and indirect resources.
• Ability to manage third party relationships with vendors.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Highly focused and self-motivated.
• Ability to document as-is business processes and work with business leaders to develop improved & streamlined solutions to complex business challenges.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Engineering.
• PMI PMP and/or Agile Scrum Master certification.
• Hands-on experience with both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Minimum 5 years practical project management experience running complex programs in a global environment.
• Prior working experience in the Media and Entertainment vertical is a plus.
• Experience in working directly with internal business customers, team members, technical experts, professional staff, and external suppliers.
• Proficient working with Windows applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Jira, Confluence)
