Responsibilities
Role Summary:
DreamWorks Animation is currently seeking an administrative assistant to provide support for the Head of Worldwide TV Brand Marketing.
Essential Responsibilities:
Proposed responsibilities would include (but not be limited to):
Phones
Calendar/Scheduling (across multiple time zones)
Coordination of meeting logistics (connecting VTC’s and dial in’s)
Agenda creation for various weekly meetings
PO Management/Tracking/Facilitation of New Vendor Agreements
Creating/Filing Expense Reports
Arrange drive-ons
Watermarking documents for team as needed
Travel coordination
Handling special projects and other related duties as required
Assist with creation of marketing decks for various lines of business
Maintain TV Marketing Box account
Own and continuously update detailed project calendars, timelines, status documents, asset trackers and deliverables, working with all applicable teams to gather and communicate out information
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will have some entertainment experience, administrative assistant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Powerpoint, Excel and some graphic design.
Excellent organizational, time-management, interpersonal and communication skills are essential to effectively manage the day-to-day challenges of this position.
In addition, you must be able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines, have excellent attention to detail and follow through, anticipate ancillary needs and troubleshoot potential issues.
Adept at navigating a segmented and rapid-paced organization
Possess a positive can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow through
Outstanding written and oral communication skills and presentation skills
A passion for entertainment and interest in animation and kid pop culture
A Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
