Summary
Sr. Manager, Social Marketing-Acquisition will lead all aspects of Social Media Marketing Acquisition work, from planning to execution, for XFINITY across Corporate and the Divisions. Experience in developing and executing robust social media direct response campaigns and strategies is critical. The Sr. Manager, Social Marketing Acquisition will be the primary point of contact for key stakeholders to interface and collaborate with. Responsibilities include involvement in the marketing planning process, strategic framework development, partnering with external agencies and internal resources to develop and produce social media direct response campaigns, and help develop social media strategies for the product category.
Core Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy, Planning and Execution
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the social space and continuously develops new skills in the rapidly changing trends/technologies
• Experience in creating direct response campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
• Experience in addressing customer concerns and inquiries through social media
• Strategic understanding of business, products and services
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead the social creative development process
• Thorough understanding of consumer research and ability to apply research learnings in digital creative process
• Demonstrated ability to manage large variety and higher complexity social/digital marketing projects end-to-end
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in an environment where guidelines and deadlines often change
• Decisive and effective problem solver
• Understanding of digital media including display advertising, search engine marketing, social media and web development
• Understanding of paid social media practices, including experience in generating content for successful paid campaigns
• Experience in creating content for a large and complex brand on social media
• Expertise with digital/social media measurement tools and platforms
• Ability to tie digital marketing to acquisition and retention efforts throughout the company
• Work with agencies to develop competitive reviews and present findings and relevant takeaways to product marketing teams
Content Development, Planning and Execution
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding and experience in creating social media content with the goal of generating increased awareness, sharability and conversion
• Demonstrates the ability to manage and lead the creative development process
• Demonstrates the ability to manage large variety and higher complexity experiential marketing projects end-to-end
• Demonstrates past experience working with agency and vendor partners to create
Collaboration
• Coordinate Corporate & Division social media efforts and evolve standards and processes/methodologies for aligning Corporate and Division Media activities, specifically as it relates to social marketing brand experiences
• Collaborate with Media and MarCom teams to integrate social media plans for paid and non-paid media
Tracking and Measurement
• Drive media measurement strategies and improve ROI
• Track and measure advertising effects across the shopper journey
• Work with measurement and analytics teams to determine media contributions to sales through different types of direct sales (ecommerce) and attribution modeling
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Education and Experience
Education Level-Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Field of Study Marketing, advertising, media or related field
Years Experience Generally requires 8-11 years related experience; At least 5 years in digital, socialand E-commerce media planning
Other Specific skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong understanding of digital/mobile/social media landscape and KPIs and direct marketing
• Experience developing and executing social media strategy within retail category
• Agency management skills
• Digital first mindset with Social Media Marketing/Strategy experience
• Experience with consumer insights and shopper behavior preferred
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, organizational and prioritization skills
• Must be innovative, proactive and a strong team player
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Project management of large scale initiatives
