As part of the brand marketing team, you will help Pinterest achieve our brand equity goals. The Digital Marketing manager is a well-balance marketer with experience managing integrated marketing programs as well as paid media. You will manage media agency relationships, and/or direct media buying, implementing, tracking and optimizing campaigns that reach our target consumer while maximizing efficiency and effectiveness of paid dollars.
What you’ll do:
• Own and execute the digital media strategy/channel mix to optimize media budgets, creative execution and campaign objectives
• Project manage complex work streams with brand, product and vertical marketing teams to execute integrated cross-channel campaigns
• Partner with Analytics team to develop/update reporting that tracks KPIs and business metrics to uncover actionable trends, insights and forecasts
• Think creatively, constantly identifying new growth opportunities and initiatives
What were looking for:
• 5+ years digital marketing experience with successful track-record managing digital agencies, developing digital marketing plans, executing, measuring, and delivering on performance and brand marketing metrics
• Excellent analytical skills – ability to gather, report on and interpret data to inform optimization and future decisions. Exceptional Excel, data analysis, and data manipulation skills. exposure to multi channel attribution and media mix modeling approaches, methods, challenges and output
• Excellent problem solver and collaborator with proven ability to influence and foster strong relationships with diverse cross functional teams
• Strong project management skills including: communication, conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations.
• Highly motivated with high level of initiative, comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment, adapting with ease to new responsibilities
