Summary:
This role will be part of the Consumer Services Group, reporting to the VP of Product Deployment, within Strategy and Operations. The Senior Director of Product Deployment will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of cross-product operational requirements as we launch new offerings into the marketplace. In addition, this role will coordinate closely with our business and operational partners to ensure those operational requirements are understood, enabled and adopted by our employees and meet the needs of our customers.
First year success:
Collaborates effectively with business, CX and operational partners to enrich the research, designs and adoption of our products and experiences we bring to market by ensuring the operational impacts are clearly defined, understood and communicated. Instills discipline within the go to market processes, establishing clear gates and measures to ensure the successful delivery of our products within the marketplace.
Core Responsibilities:
• Provides the functional requirements and technology plans for launches to the product, operational and sales channel partners.
• Communicates the design for operational impacts and deployment strategies.
• Establishes gaits, metrics and measurement of trials through deployment based on the success criteria defined.
• Orchestrates convergence strategies across product lines.
• Understands program plans across the portfolio to ensure the product requirements are met for each channel.
• Works with product, customer experience, and operational owners to assess and improve product experiences in the market place.
• Measures and evaluates the performance of deployed experiences-leveraging data analytics to measure product or customer experience in the marketplace.
• Provides visibility and transparency into product and operational roadmaps.
• Ensures field concerns and risks related to launch are escalated and mitigated.
• Coordinates with product, technology and operational teams to ensure appropriate testing and readiness, resource training as well as other relevant market launch activities.
• Interacts closely with a matrixed cross-functional team (both field and corporate) in order to secure alignment and solution excellence.
• Fosters an environment of empowerment, openness, inclusion, and objectivity all while striving to deliver solutions that benefit the entire organization
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
• Generally, requires 12+ years related experience
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and organizations to ensure alignment around a consistent go to market strategy and execution.
• Demonstrate strong ability to identify potential risk areas in go to market plans and proactively mitigate.
• Proven record of success in leveraging and communicating data analytics to identify new opportunities and also measure the success of trials and deployments.
• Experience in building relationships that are highly collaborative, with a keen ability to connect cross functional partners in an effort to achieve the expected results in our operational delivery.
