Responsibilities
Job Purpose
The Receptionist on Access Hollywood welcomes visitors and provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Essential Responsibilities:
Answer main phone line, direct all calls, and maintain updated phone sheet
Sort and deliver mail, file, make copies, clear drive on passes, other duties and projects as assigned
Will assist in special projects
Has a familiarity with Entertainment News and Current Events (know the faces)
Order office supplies for mail room back stock for the office staff
Tidy and maintain the reception area
Daily logging of alternate shows
Serve as part-time talent assistant, including answering phones, scheduling, sorting mail, filing, copying, clearing drive-on passes, submitting travel expenses, maintaining talent calendar, errands, organizing travel, arrangements, setting up appointments, and other duties and projects as assigned.
Must have Social Media knowledge and skills: will be responsible for social media updates and research
Frequently seek out, compile and print relevant research for Talent
Stay current on pop culture, entertainment news stories
Maintain communication with Show producers and other departments to stay up-to-date on what is happening on the Show.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year experience working with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and iNews.
Eligibility Requirements:

Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA
Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.
Must be willing to work some overtime as needed by show.
Desired Characteristics:
College degree preferred.
Strong organizational, leadership and customer service skills with great attention to detail
Must demonstrate a high quality of work performed, both accurately and efficiently
Communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels (in person, e-mail and phone)
Self-motivated with ability to prioritize work and multitask over a wide range of responsibilities
Work well independently and have teamwork mentality
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Flexibility to work a schedule that meets deadlines and requirements.
