Job Summary:
Responsible for leading the Enterprise Service Delivery team and function supporting our Retail Ethernet and Advanced Voice orders. Ensures Service Delivery team works effectively with internal and external customers to deliver a positive customer experience throughout the customer onboarding and project implementation process. Oversees all phases of the service delivery organization to achieve and exceed performance metrics and goals. Ensures appropriate resources to achieve financial and business objectives. Develop and implement policies and procedures to increase the effectiveness of the organization. Influences, shapes and integrates strategy for functional area, including strategic planning involved with important and large-scale business projects. Develops and recommends plans for implementation and administration of projects. Oversees coordination of personnel required to successfully complete assignments.
Core Responsibilities:
• Leads the service delivery organization and provides leadership and direction to staff.
• Manage all aspects of relationships with Corporate, Division and Regional Sales, Sales Engineering, Tech Ops, Construction, Market Development, and Order Management teams and ensures employees are meeting customer needs.
• Evaluates current processes, procedures and overall metrics for improvement and provides recommendations.
• Provides continuous feedback to the team regarding performance to metrics and goals.
• Hires, coaches and evaluates personnel based on performance standards.
• Researches, designs, and develops corporate, division, and/or region level projects that deliver cost-effective services to support the Company' s business objectives.
• Leads projects of major importance to overall business operations.
• Works with various leaders to lay out project implementation guidelines and plan for manpower and/or other resource requirements.
• Evaluates outside service providers or contractors; provides direction in the development of tailored services; negotiates contract terms and conditions.
• Assists with staffing requirements relating to corporate projects. Conducts interviews, hires, and trains new employees for specific project assignments.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Must be able to travel, including overnight travel, as required.

Job Specification:

• Generally requires 10+ years related experience
