Role Overview
This is a 6 month, 40 hour per week, temporary assignment supporting the HR Central team.
General Responsibilities:
• Create employee files
• File/collate of various documents into employee files
• Scan/copy documents as needed
• Data entry in Workday
• Auditing of data within Workday as per audit schedule
• Data collection
• Collect/process new hire paperwork
• Collection of I-9 documents in compliance with federal regulations and data entry into E-verify system
• Complete employment verifications
• Various HR-related administrative tasks to support the HR Central team as required
Requirements:
• Computer literacy, proficient user of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Effective time management skills and the ability to work to regular fixed deadlines
• High school diploma required. College degree preferred
• 1 year of experience in a clerical/administrative role
• Data entry and/or Workday experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions and know when to ask questions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Highly organized
• Interest in working with systems
