Responsibilities
Universal Brand Development is the business segment of NBCUniversal that extends the NBCU properties to merchandise ranging from apparel, toys, home decor and books to interactive games, food and beverages, stationery, and electronics.
The Coordinator Worldwide Live Entertainment is responsible for working closely with Live Entertainment team to create and manage efficient processes and flow for approvals, asset distribution and any other needs as dictated by the business.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinator will create tracking documents for all live entertainment initiatives to support timely approvals and delivery of assets to partners
Coordinator will follow up with internal business partners where necessary to get information to support initiatives.
Tracking of any budget expenses as needed.
Coordination and delivery of materials for presentations and meetings as needed.
Create power points and presentations as needed.
Responsible for doing online or other research as needed on show trends including but not limited to ticket prices, venues, artists, partners, sponsors, technology, trends etc.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
High School degree
2+ years coordinator experience, preferably in studio environment
Ability to work at a fast pace.
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent skills with Power Point, Excel, Key Note, Word
Ability to work in a team environment with multiple projects at any one time
