Responsibilities
Regularly track, analyze and release audience measurement reports, including: daily ratings, actuals vs estimates tracking reports, executive summary performance reports, original trackers and total audience reports (linear/VOD/digital).
Support scheduling, finance, press, marketing and programming initiatives with ad hoc data requests.
Analyze data and contribute insights and ideas into the presentation and interpretation of audience behaviors to be shared with management.
Create ratings estimates used by finance and ad sales.
Identify opportunities to improve the quality and/or process of research communication and reporting to the company.
Reports directly to the Director of Research.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of relevant research experience required
Eligibility Requirements:

Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
Must be 18 years or older
Desired Characteristics
Passion for entertainment and the E! brand.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is critical.
Previous experience with media measurement metrics and a solid understanding of media math.
PowerPoint/Presentation building skills.
Highly articulate with proven verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree strongly desired
Dependable, consistent, results-oriented individual with a critical eye for detail.
Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals across different departments.
Knowledge of cable and digital landscape as well as SVOD and OTT devices.
Able to meet tight deadlines
Big-picture thinker, while not losing sight of the detail.
Ability to utilize multiple research tools in order to build detailed analyses for internal clients.
Knowledge of Nielsen systems and other multiplatform tools (e.g., Nielsen NPower, Rentrak)
