Responsibilities
Reporting to the Partner Care Services Manager, this position will be responsible for daily operations and systems support for golf course partners. There is also possibility for expansion/specialization through different levels of internal certifications.

Partner Service is on the front line of our business, so you will provide top-tier service to all of our course partners
Every day you will be speaking with clients from different golf courses all with different questions! Be flexible and learn quickly in your first couple months
This is a team environment, meaning the specialist is always curious for more and willing to help their fellow team members
Helping both clients and other team members will help you grow in your product knowledge on a daily basis
In addition to the team player attitude, the specialist always finds a way to “Yes!” for their course partners
With your time on the team, you will also have the opportunity to take on projects that better our Cares department. We encourage new project ideas as well, just bring them up in the weekly meeting roundup!
The Partner Care Services Specialist day-to-day responsibilities:
Manage all internal request queues (Inventory Updates, Promo Codes, Project Cases, etc.)
Respond to inbound correspondence, both through email and by phone, from course partners related to the operations and administration of GolfNow on and as needed basis
Participate in outbound sales initiatives and projects as they arise
Become an expert in use of GolfNow Central, GolfNow’s management software that powers the tee time inventory and information provided on GolfNow.com
Consistently hit metrics defined by cases closed, client surveys, and inbound/outbound calls
Conduct weekly Quality Assurance for other team members
Create email blasts and promo codes
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience (including Internships) in a fast paced corporate environment
Proven skills and experience working with Excel and Google Docs
Must have experience working in a team oriented environment
Schedule will be flexible and will include work in the evening and on weekends and holidays. The hours of operation for the Partner Services team are 7 am to 10 pm ET
