Description
Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with Field Marketing, Industry Marketing and Regional Sales Leaders to build out effective campaigns with targeted lead generation activities
• Gather the Sales and Marketing information into Sales Playbooks to be used by Inside Sales Reps and Sales Development.
• Work with extended team to identify customer and target prospect lists for Inside Sales and Tele Vendor calling programs.
• Organize sales play education/training programs with Autodesk Inside Sales.
• Manage the overall flow of prospect lists/responses/MQLs to Sales Development and Inside Sales.
• Maintain a forward-looking calendar of sales campaigns to ensure adequate lead flow to maintain teams in a productive state.
• Ensure leads are correctly designated and followed up in the systems.
• Drive optimization of sales playbooks, marketing messages and lead scoring criteria.
• Optimize lead quality and lead to opportunity conversion rates
Location:
• Singapore
Profile:
• 5+ years field marketing experience in a high technology business.
• 2+ years Inside/Direct Sales in b-to-b/technology sales.
• Knowledge of the high tech sales cycle and how to identify and capitalize on opportunities that maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and opportunity acceleration
• Practical experience with lead management best practices and tele-vendor management
• Experience executing demand generation campaigns with a marketing automation platform such as Marketo, Eloqua, etc.
• Proven experience leading across a matrix organization and working with virtual teams.
• Proven project and program management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
• Must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
• Industry and Customer knowledge relevant to Autodesk target markets is an advantage
• Passion for staying up to date on industry trends and sales/marketing practices
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications, marketing or business
• Travel required up to 20%
