Twitter is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for product communication, product rollout coordination, monitoring and managing pilot testing for prospective partners, and facilitating cross functional communication related to companies building onto Twitter’s Ads API. This role involves complex relationship management while serving as the primary point of contact for businesses conducting testing to prove the efficacy of their technology solutions. The ideal candidate can drive complicated cross functional projects against tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Work with internal teams to establish efficient workflows and continuously improve processes related to the product rollout, API access and betas.
• Own, maintain and publish high quality project documentation for internal teams, including the use of Salesforce.
• Managing communication into businesses related to technical and business updates, ensuring proper expectations are set with each business
• Project manage various internal quarterly projects, ensuring team stay on track against quality and timeline of goals.
• Analyze opportunity segments and partner with team members to drive impactful outcomes
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant experience; roles such as project management, analyst or sales required.
• Understanding of what an API is and how a business builds to an API.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with an ability to speak to a cross-functional group of stakeholders or external partners with clarity and empathy
• Impeccable attention to detail when recording data and using these data to guide decisions
• Strong understanding of advertising on the Web and Twitter in particular.
• A BS degree or equivalent experience, with proficiency in mySQL a plus
