Job Description:
Integrated Marketing Coordinator
Location: New York
Storyful is seeking an integrated marketing coordinator to join the growing team. We’re looking for a marketing maven versed in the essentials of traditional marketing including creating materials for sales planning and executing on events, helping coordinate major launches and tying it all together to merchandise the results.
If you have a broad set of skills and know how traditional marketing efforts play an integral role in a digital world, this may be the position for you.
We’re looking for a self-starter with superior creativity and project management skills and the ability to help build out a full marketing function at Storyful.
Responsibilities:
• Work with the Head of Marketing to develop, write and execute a full scale traditional marketing plan including the creation of sales materials, proposals , event planning and coordinating the overall marketing calendar
• Responsible for helping develop, implement and measure strategic integrated marketing campaigns
• Researching industry trends, social media/engagement tools and use them within targeted campaigns.
• Manage the execution of all aspects of individual client programs (e.g. digital extensions, events, sponsorships,mailing, samplings, etc.) from inception to completion
• Utilising public relations, advertising, brand management and design together to form a cohesive marketing communications campaign
• Manage the creation of sales materials and work with key stakeholders to evolve our brand position
• Own the monthly marketing calendar
• Develop a plan for sponsoring and speaking at events around the world
• Own the development sales materials like one sheets, ppts and other materials need to sales and events
• Build customer profiles to refine Storyful’s go-to-market strategy and better understand the market opportunities
• Build and maintain competitive sets with the Marketing Lead to track the evolution of the marketplace
Requirements:
• 4+ years professional experience in a similar environment
• Proven demonstration of exceptional creative/innovation thinking
• Sophisticated understanding of the next generation content consumption and the ability to help design programs that engage audience in a compelling manner
• Super skilled in the microsoft suite
• A good communicator
• Photoshop and design chops highly desirable
• Project management skills with ability to multi-task
• Self-starter, ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment, with ability to seamlessly move between proposal writing and project execution
• A positive team presence and team collaborator
