Job Summary:
Manager of Sales Operations
Responsibilities
• Sales Force Proficient- Interpret data, create reports, trouble shoot, training
• Key Account Support- Works closely with AE’s and our top clients to develop presentations, marketing communications, recaps and sales related activities
• Sales Team Support- provides additional support to sales team by providing contract confirmation, billing reports, sales material creation, pool and spot times reports.
• Research-Works closely with iHeart Research dept to provide AE’s most up to date info. Able to pull reports from Miller Kaplan, Winmo, Media Monitors, Media Audit and the SOC.
• Media/Radio training available
Qualifications
• Great Time Management Skills
• Adapts to shifts in priorities and urgencies
• Proficient in Sales Force and Microsoft Office Suite; Demonstrates ability to learn new systems quickly
• Assumes responsibility & accountability for assignments and tasks
• Actively listens; clearly and effectively conveys information; uses professional telephone skills; demonstrates effective business writing skills; shows excellent grasp of grammar
• Exhibits good interpersonal skills; collaborates with others; maintains composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities
• Work Experience
• 1-3 years’ experience working with Sales Force and Sales Department
Education
• 4-year college degree
