Job Summary:
The Sales Trainer role is a new position to lead the NSMP Sales Team in all aspects of sales training, including material development and hosting sessions. The ideal candidate will be well versed in Salesforce, have experience with content creation, and be an engaging presenter. This candidate should have an innate desire to help others, and perform their duties with a high level of understanding and patience. They will be part of the Sales Operations Team.
• Host weekly Salesforce training calls
• Keep training docs on the Learning Management System updated and current
• First line of defense for general questions from the Sales Team
• Help initiate process improvements based on feedback and interaction with users
• Write and send Salesforce related correspondence: Release Notes, Salesforce Newsletters, and Quick Reference Guides
• Salesforce release training (as needed based on release schedule)
• Host weekly New Hire on-boarding call in partnership with HR
• Manage quarterly New Hire two day Boot Camp Training
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to understand system updates and update training accordingly
• Train Super Users to be division experts
• Help develop training materials and host training calls specific to the needs of particular sales divisions
• QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience creating interactive, engaging content
• Strong attention to detail
• Aptitude to prioritize multiple tasks effectively, manage stress and solve problems with hard work and dedication to ensure their successful completion
• Critical thinker
• Eagerness to help others
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM System is ideal but not required
• Experience with Cornerstone LMS system is ideal but not required
• IDEAL CANDIDATE TO POSSESS:
• 2+ years of experience in a related role
• EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree required
