Netflix is seeking an Originals Distribution Specialist to focus on our documentary content, both long form and series. In this role you will:
• Ensure the successful global launch of the titles you oversee
• Own multiple projects concurrently, ensuring accurate title setup, rights management, and timely delivery of localized worldwide assets
• Master our digital asset management system
• Keep multiple asset tracking tools up to date
• Liaise with the post production team, ensuring key dates and delivery milestones are communicated and consistently met
• Stay highly aligned with multiple cross-functional teams, including content acquisitions, post production, finance, engineering, QC, localization, encoding and marketing
• Develop and maintain trusted internal and external relationships that allow you to surface and troubleshoot any issues quickly
• Be a champion of innovation, continually evaluating our workflows and tools for scale

Do you have what it takes?
• 4+ years distribution and/or post production delivery experience, ideally with documentary content
• Working knowledge of 4K/UHD codecs and D-Cinema specifications
• Demonstrated expertise with worldwide digital distribution
• Experience managing both audio and video assets
• Familiarity with digital asset management workflows
• Localization experience a plus
