Summary of role:
• Ensure efficient & effective processes are maintained to meet service business requirements.
• Performance of activity to the highest standards. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Main activities/responsibilities:
• Auditing employee expenses to ensure compliance with regulations in N.America
• Auditing employee expenses to ensure compliance with rules within the company
• In depth investigation of employee expense reports and reconciliation against American Express statements
• Monthly KPI reporting for N.America expenses
• Monthly reconciliation for Concur
• Answer Adhoc queries regarding travel and expenses
• Monitor online support forum for any adhoc queries or requests across NAAP, Concur, Oracle iExpense
Technical activities/responsibilities:
• Travel and Expense Administrator for two expense platforms for N.America - Oracle iExpense & Concur
• All expense administrative duties - set up and editing of employee profiles
• Monthly close Journal Entries
• Produce adhoc reports when requested for certain divisions, cost centers, employees
• Invoice payments, coding, rerouting
Expected results:
• Strong working relationship with the Finance Business Partnering team supported
• Delivery of all work to agreed Service Level Agreements
• Process improvement over time including simplification and standardization.
Qualifications
Finance/Business related degree
