A Little About Us
We are a fast-paced Search revenue team, creating Search ads on Yahoo and Partner web sites, measuring analytics, driving user and shareholder value, and performing front-end and back-end ad optimization on all screens (PC/Phone/Tablet).
A Lot About You
We're looking for a creative, smart, and versatile generalist with editorial and analytical skills to participate on a variety of projects including writing copy in several languages, sourcing creatives, analyzing and modifying online ad campaigns to maximize revenue, as well as assisting with a variety of other tasks. You should have a fascination with the Internet and online culture, you’ll be spending all day with it!
Your Day
• Understanding users' wants and needs, making product feature suggestions based on the competitive landscape and user climate
• Choosing terms, finding creatives, writing copy, in multiple languages, for Yahoo and external ad systems
• Leveraging analytics to optimize campaigns via front-end CTR and back-end CTR to maximize revenue
• Performing Market research into International Search Markets and choosing the correct arbitrage terms and campaigns.
• Finding alternative monetization options and working with external partners
You Must Have
• BA required. BA in Linguistics, BA in Journalism, or other related fields preferred.
• Fluency in English and at least one other language (French or Spanish preferred).
• One to two years of working experience
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills. Flexibility and attention to detail a must.
• Ability to delve into new topics and a passion for learning,
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Familiarity with policies for Internet Display and Search Ads, specifically Gemini Native / Stream Ads.
• Familiarity with JSON and XML, or other technical skills preferred
