Due to recent growth in Australia, we are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager in the promotion of PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English Academic) and English language products through a wide variety of marketing tasks. The Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of the team responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns.
Based in our Sydney or Melbourne offices you will report to the Marketing Manager and be responsible for the support of tactical marketing campaigns. Activities will include supporting and implementing email and online direct response campaigns and the management of lead generation. You will enjoy organising and managing events and trade show displays along with managing external and internal website content.

Key Deliverables:
• Assist the Marketing Manager to plan and execute events including venue management, attendee logistics and generally providing administrative support and event coordination.
• Developing and implementing solutions that support our social presence and drive sales.
• Develop marketing collateral to support sales within agreed time frames and budget while exhibiting a high level of accuracy
• Deliver email campaigns to key external stakeholders
• Assist in compiling campaign and reports as required
Qualifications
• A relevant marketing or communications qualifications is mandatory while additional digital qualification or experience will be highly regarded
• Strong written and verbal influencing and communication skills
• You will have the ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Advanced knowledge and experience with the MS Suite (in particular MS Excel) while commercially regarded email marketing CRM will be highly regarded as will technical and analytical ability (preferable)
• Experience in a geographically distributed team environment as well as working independently (preferable)
• Experience in the international education market or with high stakes test products. (preferable)
