Job Summary:
This role will sit within the Strategic Partnerships group and collaborate with our digital + marketing solutions team to provide & implement strategic initiatives
• Provide strategy and support to drive revenue around iHeartMedia core business using digital products (i.e. Digital desktop and mobile banner and display, Mobile advertising, Streaming audio, Video, Social, Podcasting Business , Digital innovations at Events, Data products – Soundpoint, Smart Audio, Audience buying, etc.)
• Oversee collaborative strategy, development and GTM for new digital opportunities and ad solutions for brands as outlined above
• Oversee team on digital pitch/ proposal development
• Work with product team to expand existing ad and data product suite (based on competitive analysis and marketplace demand)
• Spearhead revenue-generating digital and social innovation concepts for brands around our tent-pole events
• Liaise with digital partnership point people to determine new digital opportunities and evaluate and better leverage existing ones (FB, SnapInc., etc)
• Team point for research for necessary data and analytics to prove the value of the platforms
• Provide education and training of digital opportunities for NSMP sellers
• Serve as point for custom digital branded content solutions (working with EE and IHR team)
• Serve as point for digital marketing for big client meetings, pitches and trade events
• Drive overall priorities & process for video + editorial content creation, distribution & monetization across O&O and 3rd party platforms
◦ Design & implement standardized production playbooks to support paid & organic content creation
◦ Establish KPIs and ROI measures for video content creation
◦ Responsible for audience growth strategies & execution across all distribution points
◦ Work with sales & marketing to develop packages around key video franchises / benchmarks
◦ Serve as primary liaison to all key internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, EE, Digital & Programming
• Create / execute paid & organic strategies/tactics that drive views of iHeartMedia’s-produced content on 3rd party networks
◦ Manage all paid media traffic-driving budgets
◦ Influence & optimize content to maximize effectiveness across all distribution outlets
◦ Conduct real-time analysis of campaign performance & delivery of key metrics/analytics to feed content creation teams
