The West Coast Division of WWE is seeking an Executive Assistant within its Entertainment Relations department.
Our Los Angeles office is focused on booking celebrities for cross-promotional opportunities across all of WWE’s platforms, and is also dedicated to placing WWE talent in various forms of media from television appearances to red carpet events.
We are looking for a smart, fun, creative, out-of-the-box thinking individual.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Entertainment Relations team with day-to-day administrative duties (making copies, shipping packages, handling phone calls, ordering office supplies, deliveries, running errands, etc.).
• Maintain up to date contact information for top celebrity publicity firms, TV Networks, Movie Studios, etc.
• Keep up to date records of entertainment news, events & release schedules
• Report to the department on a regular basis about current pop culture & social media trends.
• Set meetings & phone calls for SVP as requested
• Manage SVP’s calendar, expense reports, travel, contacts, etc.
• Work directly with WWE’s CSR team to identify opportunities to promote WWE’s philanthropic initiatives
• Assist in projects as needed
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
• Ability to handle multi-faceted projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other computer applications/programs
• Strong Internet research skills
• Creative self-starter
