Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting the Comcast Technology Solutions Marketing department with writing, project management, content distribution, marketing research, and follow-up as needed. Assists Sales and Marketing management utilizing communications and advertising materials to effectively present the Company's products and services to customers and prospects. Meets with appropriate Sales and Marketing colleagues to discuss communication needs. Researches and develops supporting marketing materials and presents recommendations to Marketing leadership or internal committee. Assists the brand and content marketing team with delivering the Comcast Technology Solutions brand and product stories to the industry through various content messages and types. Provides daily status of projects, deadlines, and performance to management. Has in depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.
Core Responsibilities:
• Manages content projects from start to finish including videos, whitepapers, blogs, and infographics.
• Researches, writes, and develops marketing content such as web content, collateral, advertising, email campaigns and press releases and presents recommendations to Senior Marketing Manager or internal committee.
• Acts as a Comcast Technology Solutions Brand expert and ambassador, providing input to product and digital marketing teams to incorporate brand messaging into internal and external-facing materials.
• Reviews literature pertaining to the current marketing project and previous marketing materials used in the assignment area.
• Acts as a point of contact for questions on department communications materials.
• Provides leadership and oversight to lower-level Marketing Specialists.
• Gathers materials of competitive companies in the field.
• Assists in translating business needs into analysis designs providing insight, knowledge, and understanding of customers, products, and industries.
• Assist Senior Marketing Manager with campaign execution, content and online marketing and results tracking.
• Helps to create reporting to measure success of marketing programs.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specification:
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• Generally requires 5-7 years related experience
-Attention to detail, strong writing and relationship building skills, experience in brand management or project management helpful, goal and results oriented.
