It is an exciting time for this brand new concession at Astral OOH a division of Bell Media! There are many new media developments on the horizon and this individual will help to bring these to market! This person will be a wiz at excel, power point and our internal systems. This team member will be stationed at Yonge and Eglinton, will support the sales team, be a resource to all internal departments and provide access to Pearson as he/she will hold RAIC - a restricted access identification card. This card will give this individual authority to travel within the airport escorting clients, sales representatives in viewing the media products and opportunities available for sale.

Responsibilities:
This role is a co-ordinator role reporting to and supporting The Manager of Business Development of Pearson Airport primarily as it relates to the needs of the GTAA, current/future Partners (Long Term Advertising Clients - CIBC/AMEX/Metrolinx) with additional concession duties such as but not limited to:
• Booking advertising campaigns and pulling financial data with Astral proprietary computer programs
• Creating and Maintaining Marketing Kits in Power Point
• Support the Sales Team by sharing Extensive Knowledge of the media and opportunities available at Pearson Airport
• Preparation of Power Point Sales Packages and Post Campaign Analysis
• Financial Reporting in Excel
• Arranging for Creative Approvals
• Involvement in permit process ensuring the proper execution of more intricate ad campaigns
• Participate in brainstorms and handle mock-up briefs with creative team
• Co-ordinate beauty and digital photo process for choice brand campaigns
• Arranging Tours Of Pearson Airport
• Apply for a RAIC – restricted access identification card and host tours with sales team and clients
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience
• College/University education
• Strong Work Ethic, Positive, Sees Opportunity in Challenge, Resourceful, Eagerness to grow
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment, Multi task, Reach deadlines with little supervision and strong Follow up skills
• Exceptional Organizational skills with high Attention to Detail
• Welcomes innovations and is Discreet with developing changes
• Strong Interpersonal Skills as well as excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Computer proficiency, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Photo Editor
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
