Our Team:
We want you to join our team as the newest Reporting and Business Analyst. You will support the Warehouse, Logistics, Asset Management, Procurement and Strategy functions by managing department-wide reporting, identifying enhancement / automation opportunities and proposing product suites.
We'll trust you to:
• Be responsible for the inventory of all Supply Chain related reporting efforts globally; including warehouse performance, Trade Compliance (reporting of encrypted materials), logistics costs, procurement efficiency and customer service/ticketing
• Develop databases and implement data standards and data quality monitoring tools to filter and cleanse data; identify trends and suggest corrections for unexpected performance patterns
• Prepare monthly dashboard reports and develop reports based on user requirements
• Document and train end users on reports and dashboards
• Address data issues with process owners and Engineering team
• Cultivate relationships with Supply Chain management and leverage expertise to make recommendations on relevant analysis
You need to have:
• Strong analytical skills and be a creative problem solver
• 5 or more years of experience in a supply chain environment
• Analytical expertise in understanding business problems and establishing KPI’s related to Supply Chain
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables and v-lookups), reporting tools (SAP BW, SAP Analysis for Office), database tools (i.e. SQL, Access), and data visualization tools (i.e. Lumira, Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI)
• Experience in presenting findings to senior management, including translating highly technical reports to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent project management skills with ability to multi task effectively
• Strong leadership and change management skills
We'd love to see:
• Demonstrated ability to implement solutions for operational improvements and automation
• Familiarity with Corporate Financial Planning (monthly/annual financial planning cycles)
• Familiarity with defining and tracking critical metrics for internal clients
