Job Summary:
Provides support in sales administration, generates sales-related reports , and acts as an extension of the sales team.
Role Responsibilities:
• Provide primary assistance and support to Account Executives and to Sales Management.
• Accurately enter orders, contract revisions, and commercial copy/copy instructions. Check and correct contract confirmations.
• Coordinate and secure outstanding commercial copy, and coordinate client commercial approvals. E-mail commercial times to clients upon request.
• Perform general administrative duties including faxing, filing and copying.
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports. Generate and manage additional reports, data and documents, upon request.
• Provide research support for staff.
• Complete other miscellaneous tasks as requested by managers and AE’s.
• Assist in communication with sales team, other departments, and outside sources.
• Cover reception duties as necessary, managing front desk clerical duties accurately and effectively.
Required Qualifications:
• Must have working knowledge of Windows operating system and be proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.)
