Job Summary:

iHeartMedia is hiring a Video Producer to produce live concert series and run our iHeartRadio Theater NY in Tribeca.
The position is equal parts technical, creative, and collaborative. It calls for a flexible, detail oriented person who loves to work with others and feels comfortable working in a fluid environment.
This position is for someone with at least 3 years of experience in TV/Film/Video Production. The Video Producer oversees live show film production interfacing between multiple departments and wearing a few different hats throughout the pre production, production, and post production phases of an iHeartRadio Live Show.
This position falls within the iHeartMedia Creative Studio. You’ll be working hand in hand with a team of producers, editors, animators, and designers to help build the iHeartRadio brand and push our live event content to the next level.
iHeartRadio Theater NY Producer, Director Responsibilities
• Pre-Production (multiple shows at same time)
1. Budgeting
2. Hiring Crew
3. Lighting Design
4. Production Meetings with Artist Team
5. Rentals
Production
1. Oversee gear load-In, stage build, and supervising all show day operations.
2. Checking in with audio, lighting, camera, artist, and event staff to make sure all teams are on schedule and handle any last minute needs/requests.
3. Understanding the elements of live streaming and live radio broadcast.
4. Calling Cameras during the show itself.
5. Oversee Load Out, Media Management, and get performance audio approval from artist team, and make sure theater is brought back to presentation set up.
Post-Production
1. Transfer all media to W55 midtown server
2. Oversee the editing and coloring of all Video On Demand deliverables from the show.
3. Complete all show related expense reports and submit/track all contractor/vendor invoices
Other Responsibilities
1. Repair and maintenance for theater, cage, camera and lighting gear
2. Understanding live streaming and video production
3. Understanding performance lighting
4. Theater Capital Expense
5. Assist the video department as needed.
Needs to be proficient with:
Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photo Shop)
Microsoft Word and Excel
Sony Fs7 Cameras
Added Value if familiar with:
Tricaster
