DESCRIPTION:
The Associate Partnership Manager, Revenue Operations will assist the Directors in monitoring third party revenue product performance across the CBS Interactive portfolio. The Associate Partnership Manager plays an important role supporting top line revenue growth and strategy by managing and tracking performance across third party revenue partners including Taboola, Yahoo Gemini, and Google AdSense; maintaining up to date knowledge of best practices, strategies and product development; providing meaningful, data-driven analysis of ongoing tests and optimizations; and assisting with day to day account management support. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide insight and analysis that assists with the growth of our digital monetization efforts and is responsible for helping to improve strategic decisions across the partnerships team. Interested candidates should be proactive in seeking out new projects and learning more about site revenue optimization techniques.
Responsibilities include:
Optimize existing partnerships - Account management.
Own development of data analysis required to develop partnership tracking and performance.
Work directly with partners to gather data needed for reporting.
Evolve tracking of partnerships and revenue initiatives, including models to predict revenue growth and optimizations.
Develop presentations as needed to support new business and opportunity review with internal teams.
Collaborate with Product Marketing teams to execute partnerships and define key performance indicators.
Trend Analysis, reporting and forecasting.
Ad hoc reporting and projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of interactive advertising or marketing experience and/or account management experience
Outstanding troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical/quantitative skills and the ability to draw insights from extremely large datasets with minimal support
Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, organizational, and time management skills
Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Comfortable communicating both with external partners and internal departments
Knowledge of how the advertiser landscape is changing including tools, techniques, players, and business models in the industry is a plus
Must successfully pass a background check
