The Bell Mobility team offers a full range of wireless products and services for residential and business customers, including the largest selection of superphones on the fastest and most advanced network technology.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Support - the Service Specialist will work closely with both the IoT Indirect Sales team and internal cross functional teams to support the operations of our largest IoT indirect customers.
The main priority and responsibility of the Service Specialist is to focus on customer service experience and satisfaction to enable growth and retention.
Job Description:
• Organize, plan and conduct Quarterly service reviews with key IoT channel customers
• Lead service meetings with clients, including setting agendas, reviewing service performance , soliciting and addressing customer concerns
• Handle client escalations with a sense of urgency & work with internal resources to resolve these quickly
• Work on process improvement and plans to increase customer satisfaction / experience
• Provide updates on network and service performance, business process changes and handoff any sales leads or opportunities to the IoT indirect Sales team
• Conduct customer scorecards and put plans in place to remedy low scores where required
• Manage special projects and service engagements with key IoT indirect accounts
Critical Requirements:
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to respond professionally to urgent or escalated issues
• Must be able to work with detailed reports (proficient in excel, word, power point and outlook)
• Must be able to work independently and with cross functional teams in order to meet deadlines and rectify customer issues.
• Must demonstrate problem solving skills and work effectively in issue resolution / post mortem situations
• Must have good communication skills to deal with projects or monthly service meetings
• Ability to work autonomously
• Face to Face experience with customers
• High level of business acumen
Preferred:
• Project experience
• B2B exposure
• Basic IoT Knowledge
• Field experience and/or Service Operations experience
• Experience with Conducting Presentations
The Service Specialist role is an Service focused Sales support role. He/she is expected to spend the majority of his/her time with existing customers and focusing on customer service experience and satisfaction to enable growth and retention. Responsibilities may be added/modified to the above mentioned. Valid driver’s license and vehicle are required.
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
