The Role
Stitch Labs is looking for an experienced, demand generation professional to lead demand generation and account-based marketing. The position will be focused on driving sales revenue and initiatives against a targeted set of mid-market accounts. Working in close alignment with sales and marketing leadership, the ideal candidate has experience both building and executing personalized inbound/outbound marketing campaigns.
By creating meaningful engagements with prospects through multiple marketing channels, the candidate will be looked at as a critical resource for the growth of sales revenue. This position reports to the vice president of marketing and is based in San Francisco.
What You'll Do
• Drive our lead generation strategy and improve creation, conversion, quality and velocity of incoming leads
• Develop and execute account-based marketing plans for target accounts
• Develop content strategies that map to the buyer's journey and personalize messaging relevant to targeted industries and roles
• Understand prospects needs and communities
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to monitor and measure projects fueling demand generation and funnel performance, identifying performance gaps and opportunities
• Lead the quarterly planning process for demand generation ensuring that programs are executed and funds are allocated to maximize program ROI
• Report to the senior leadership team on program execution and results
Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in demand generation marketing, preferably in marketing B2B tech and / or SMB space
• 2+ years of experience building and executing account-based marketing programs
• Proven track record of developing demand generation strategy
• Experience with marketing automation, lead management, email marketing
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; highly effective presentation skills, copywriting a plus
• Ability to work across organizational lines, command respect, and influence without authority
• Highly skilled at critical decision-making; ability to evaluate business issues and resolve problems; ability to develop and write a business and operating plan
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Ability to experiment and iterate and change course rapidly
• Must be able to thrive in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution
