Responsibilities
Role Summary/Purpose:
Program Management
Develops and helps manage project work plans and timelines
Supports day-to-day operational aspects project(s) and scope including coordinating travel and logistics, developing contact lists and schedules, researching partnerships and potential events and development and distribution of promotional materials
Works with PR, show marketing managers, and EPs to coordinate shows and talent integration with events
Sourcing and ordering brand merchandise; oversees inventory and distribution
Oversees various aspects of events on site to ensure alignment with the brand; directs brand ambassadors and other event staff
Assists in development of event briefing and recap decks
Communication
Supports team and agency meetings including development of agendas, meeting notes and next steps
Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors
Supports development of presentations for senior management, EPs and partners
Supports the development of event briefing books and post event reports, including key metrics and milestones, key learnings, etc.
Digital Program Integration
Works with digital and social teams on digital promotion of events
Help monitor digital and social media conversation about consumer engagement programs.
Agency Management
Coordination with agency partners including logistics, briefing books and scheduling meetings
Supports logistics for agency production and execution of events on site
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
