Job Description:
The assistant to the Creative Director is responsible for providing administrative support to the Creative Director and art department of the magazine. Candidate must be pro-active, hard-working and extremely organized. Must have a strong will to help things stay on track.
General responsibilities include:
• Answering calls for CD and taking accurate and timely notes to assist in the follow up process
• Coordinate and support CD’s schedule & calendar
• Manage expenses for CD and art department
• Book all travel
• Manage art related projects
• Prepare presentation materials
Requirements:
• Past editorial experience (whether through an internship or assistant job)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus!
