Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
-Work alongside the department Director and brand team to develop yearly marketing plan and strategy.
-Work closely with the Creative team in the asset development and distribution.
-Partner with Content Distribution, Press, Digital and Social teams to develop and execute consumer activation and engagement efforts.
-Coordinate off-air promotional campaigns from the initial pitch to the execution and fulfillment, working with internal and external partners.
NBC UNIVERSO seeks a Marketing Coordinator who will coordinate marketing efforts to support network’s brand awareness and drive ratings. This includes creative asset request, management and distribution, premiums and collateral, consumer and Affiliate Partner activations, promotions and post reports.
Job Purpose:
As a Marketing Coordinator at NBC UNIVERSO, you will help craft and execute campaigns and promotions to build awareness, drive tune-in and generate show/brand engagement for key programming launches, ranging from Scripted and Reality series to Sports franchises launches.
Job Responsibilities:
-Work alongside the department Director and brand team to develop yearly marketing plan and strategy.
-Work closely with the Creative team in the asset development and distribution.
-Partner with Content Distribution, Press, Digital and Social teams to develop and execute consumer activation and engagement efforts.
-Coordinate off-air promotional campaigns from the initial pitch to the execution and fulfillment, working with internal and external partners.
-Be a liaison between the network and the planning agency to oversee and steward all media activity.
-Work across the networks within the portfolio and Affiliates to develop promotional opportunities.
-Oversee ideation, sourcing, inventory management, and fulfillment of all inter-departmental requests for premiums and marketing materials/collateral to promote shows or the NBC Universo brand.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing, Entertainment and/or Television.
Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be willing to work at the location in greater Miami, FL area.
• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
• Candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to interface with executive and senior management internally and externally
• Ability to follow through on task completion and work effectively in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is a must.
• Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information
• Competence in computer applications such as MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Some travel necessary.
