• Work closely with the Intl team and Director, FP&A to build monthly, quarterly, annual and multi-year sales, revenue, COGS and contract value forecasts
• Assist with the preparation of monthly analysis that highlights the key drivers for variances vs. the Budget, prior Forecast and prior months related to revenue, COGS and contract value
• Work with the sales and marketing leadership to prepare their detailed multi-year Budget.
• Improve upon the forecasting models used to develop multiyear sales, revenue and contract value projections
• Collaborate with peers in Accounting and Finance to perform ad-hoc analysis and to explain variances versus Budget, prior Forecast and prior months
• Look for ways to improve the accuracy and automation of the current Forecasting process.
• Lead monthly reviews of performance with budget holders to evaluate performance and adjustments to the forecast.
• Work across FP&A, sales ops, accounting and other back office teams to resolve issues that impact the International P&L
• Work with the Business Unit leadership to prepare their detailed annual Budget and to build monthly, quarterly and annual Forecasts.
• Prepare monthly analysis that highlight key drivers of variances vs. the Plan, Forecast, prior months and prior year.
• Collaborate with peers in Accounting and Finance on the monthly close as well as in performing ad-hoc analysis.
• Provide ad hoc support to Business Unit leadership.
Professional Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and 5-7+ years or more of job-related experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with particular focus on financial modeling
• Experience with Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Essbase is strongly preferred.
• International and Foreign currency experience a plus.
• Highly organized and ability to work on multiple projects at once.
• High level of analytical ability and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills required.
• Team player able to build relationships and work across the organization.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with superior problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent time management, project management and organizational skills.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Highest level of integrity and good judgment, with the ability to effectively deal with highly sensitive and confidential information.
