A Little About Us
We are the Data, Measurement and Insights team, a horizontal org within the Yahoo Ad Systems team. Our portfolio is broad, and includes building audience data pipelines, advertising data pipelines, advertiser facing products and tools, sales facing products, data monetization, campaign performance measurement as well as certain aspects of targeting. Given our scope, the opportunity you will have as a member of this team both to learn and to make an impact will be significant.

You need to be self-driven, creative, articulate, and analytical. You bring a proven track record of success, strong technical credentials and you know how to work well with others. You are data driven, you multi-task well, you know when and how to prioritize, and you are able to manage well in the face of ambiguity and rapid change. You have become familiar with Yahoo properties, and you have a point of view about them.
Your Day
You will work with a team of engineers, product marketing teams, salespeople, peer PMs, product designers, and labs researchers on a regular basis, with the goal of defining and building innovative products that highlight the value of Yahoo user data and Yahoo ads. You will work with program management to collect feedback, run studies and tests, build and deliver education sessions, and do all the things necessary to define and deliver impactful products.
You Must Have
• the desire to take ownership of critical initiatives
• a strong technical background (CS graduate or higher degree strongly preferred)
• the ability to think outside the box
• prior product management experience
• exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented nature
• ability to be deeply analytical and data driven
• a bachelor's degree (master's preferred)
