Job Summary:
At Comcast, the Senior Director of Product CX and Digital role will be responsible for driving and coordinating stragtegic and high profile customer experience (CX) and digital first initatives into our Residential product portfolio across the web, mobile, and TV platforms. The position will have ownership of our self service mobile strategy while working with various internal organizations to drive a coordinated enterprise wide digital first strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
• Drive the mobile product roadmap for My Account, self service, and customer experience capabilities into all Comcast's mobile apps
• Esablish the vision and coordinate a product roadmap for our CX and digital first efforts in our product release vehicles
• Manage a team of product managers to support the capability needs required for the outlined experiences
• Evaluate new technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and apply to
• Monitors long-range product planning, and for identifying and directing the development of new products
• Identifies potential competing/disruptive technologies or product substitutes and develops strategy to address as part of roadmap
• Cross organizational coordination, stakeholder management, executive communications, and cross functional team management
• Drive the development and release of the product through all phases of its lifecycle to ensure predictability while providing transparency to the entire process
• Define product KPI's, establish benchmark and goals, analyze metrics to inform product roadmap and decisions
• Be an evangelist for the the products and motivate others to rally behind product direction and strategy and be able to communicate effectively with the senior leadership team
• Manage within specified budget and contribute to the company's financial reporting
Skills/Profile:
• Experienced product leader who sets product vision and roadmap, builds a strong team, and encourages an environment of innovation
• Passion in building great products, customer experiences, and in new technology
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically. Takes ownership and drives projects to completion.
• Has mobile product development experience
• Worked in agile development environments leading cross-functional teams including engineering, product, marketing, QA, support, and more.
• Data driven product owner, focused on setting and delivering against product KPIs
• Creative, innovative mindset. Ability to make timely decisions in an ambiguous environment.
• Comfortable working on cross functional teams within all levels of the organization including SLT.
• Ability to influence and motivate peers in matrix environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
Job Specification:
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• Generally requires 12+ years related experience
