Responsibilities:
• Collaborate as a member of the Strategic Insights team supporting French Specialty Channels (focus on RDS) Programming, Marketing and Communication departments;
• Track the performance of our specialty channels, then communicate it, either verbally or in writing;
• Contribute to the development of the programming strategies;
• Identify and anticipate managers’s needs for research and information on the TV broadcasting and sports markets in order to orient the decision making process;
• Provide relevant and accurate analysis and propose solutions;
• Lead and collaborate to quantitative and qualitative research projects;
• Maximize the use of available databases;
• Be up to date with trends relative to TV content and sports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree/M.Sc in marketing research or equivalent;
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior decision makers;
• Strong priority management skills with a keen sense of thoroughness and attention to detail;
• Aptitude for figures; strong mathematical and analytical skills that allow the development of insights and recognition of patterns in masses of data;
• Expert knowledge of Excel with experience creating dynamic reports with nested formulas, marcros, and pivot tables from inception;
• Knowledge of Numeris software (mainly infosys);
• 2-year experience in media research;
• Interest for Sports and TV content;
• Excellent French (spoken and written), functional English.
