We are currently recruiting a Client Relationship & Registrations Executive to provide excellent customer service to clients and delegates participating at EuroFinance conferences and events. The registrations team is the ‘front face’ of the Company, dealing with delegate registrations, queries and requests for information.
Accountabilities:
In this role you will be expected to:
• Provide accurate and efficient registration of all attendees to events, including on-site as required for events held worldwide
• Set up scheduled events on the system
• Process registrations and deal with related queries (refunds, credit notes, amendments) and related filing
• Produce and send out delegate joining instructions, produce badges for each event as required
• Liaise with sponsors/exhibitors regarding their registrations on a regular basis, monitor and ensure sponsor/exhibitor registration allocation, discount and bulk delegate plans
• Produce invoices (and credit notes) and reconcile with accounts
• Liaise on regular basis with the accounts department regarding payments and outstanding debts
• Carry out effective credit control for EuroFinance Conferences, to ensure payment prior to the event and minimize bad debts
• Continuously upgrade delegate information and maintain an up-to-date level of data in order to support the implementation of a an effective database
• Cross-selling current and future EuroFinance events
• Produce reports daily and as required, including badges, attendee lists, delegate certificates, marketing, tracking and revenue etc, liaising with systems developer as required
• Develop and recommend new reports
• Carry out regular database updating and cleaning
• Be an active member of the accounts and event management teams
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure related stationery supplies (certificate paper, badges, badge holders) are maintained
• Create and maintain speaker information on the website
Experience, skills and professional attributes:
To succeed in the role you must have:
• Experience gained in the events industry or customer services role
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written), any other European language an advantage
• Fluency in Russian (both spoken and written) and advantage
• PC literacy - Word, Excel (Advanced), Powerpoint, database management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to be able to converse with a multicultural client base
