Introduction:
EuroFinance, an Economist Group business, is the leading global provider of conferences, training and research on cash management, treasury and risk.
Running more than 30 events worldwide, EuroFinance enables treasurers and CFOs to exchange innovative strategies, best practice and expert opinion into the trends and developments in cash management and treasury areas.
Currently, EuroFinance is seeking a Training Coordinator for its training business. The role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of our public and in-house training courses. The manager will be expected to develop and maintain excellent relationships with tutors; work with the Head of Content on ensuring that the training curriculum offered meets the needs of the treasury community; work with marketing to ensure all courses are promoted across multi-channels; liaise with the sales department on in-house training leads; deliver excellent customer service to clients and delegates attending our courses.
Accountabilities:
In this role you will be expected to:
• Work with Head of Content on development and execution of new course topics
• Work with marketing department on campaigns to promote courses across multiple channels (print/digital/social media)
• Liaising with and managing tutor relationships including: booking tutors for courses, negotiating fees and issuing contracts; arranging T&E; ensuring presentations/course materials are accurate and follow brand guidelines; provide tutors with delegate feedback and ratings
• Manage all the logistics and administration for courses – venue finding & contract negotiation; delegate management (production of course materials, certificates, sending follow up material pre and post events etc)
• Liaise with telesales team on delegate ticket sales and new course ideas
• Managing budgets throughout the year; reporting any changes to MD and finance department on a monthly basis
• Co-ordinating internally with event management when necessary on pre-conference training
• Maintaining all databases and collateral
• Adding new courses to the calendar
• Investigating the development of new training ideas
Experience, skills and professional attributes:
To succeed in the role you must have:
• Proven experience of working in a similar training coordination role
• Experience of providing excellent client and stakeholder management
• Conference/event background preferable
• Experience working in the finance industry preferable
• French language (spoken and written) a plus
