The Human Resources Organizational Development team is seeking a results-driven business leader who will be accountable for the planning, design and implementation of Learning & Engagement programs.
Reporting directly to the Director, Learning & Engagement, this is a role a team player who works well in a fast paced, collaborative environment and thrives on challenges that make a lasting contribution.
This is an exciting opportunity to help drive employee engagement across Bell.
In this role, the successful candidate will lead several key company- wide initiatives such as our internal & external recognition programs & initiatives, annual team survey and HR award submissions.
Core Responsibilities
• Communication skills: responsible for writing and preparing communications for senior leaders
• Relationship management: partner closely with corporate communications, Brand, HR,IT business partners and other SMEs to ensure flawless execution of programs
• Project Delivery: Deliver end to end project management of various engagement projects and ongoing programs. Deliver projects on time, cost and quality
• Vendor management: Liaise with program vendors ensuring successful program launches and ongoing improvements to tools and processes
• Thought leadership: research and make recommendations on employee engagement best practices
• People leadership: provide coaching, leadership, guidance, support and development to 2 direct reports.
Qualifications
• At least 5 years experience with project delivery
• At least 2 year people management experience
• Experience with employee engagement programs & learning development and delivery
• Self-motivated and strong leadership abilities.
• Able to manage budget
• Risk management skills
• Capable of working under pressure and able to manage many activities simultaneously
• Is curious and likes to continue to apply new learning to opportunities
• Proven people leadership, coaching skills
• High degree of proficiency in all MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
• Relentless drive to support HR business partners with initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence to lead conversations and presentations with a variety of stakeholders
• Demonstrates agility with changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to make the complex simple
• Undergraduate degree in business, HR or related discipline
• Bilingualism an asset (English and French)
• HR designation an asset
