Role/Purpose
Reporting to the Manufacturing Territory Sales Senior Manager, Korea.
The Manufacturing Industry Account Sales Executive is a key role that is responsible for growing revenues in designated Province(s) directly and through a channel partner.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
• Create an overall business plan for the designated Territory and Market Segments to drive business development and financial growth
• Directly lead Manufacturing sales efforts into selected development accounts through strategic level engagement and account planning by evaluating the customer profile, creating value messaging, and targeting key steps needed to execute the account plans
• Manage accounts through entire sales process which includes prospecting, business development, contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support
• Drive the run-rate Manufacturing business through supporting the Channel Partners sales team
• Drive Thought Leadership efforts through Industry Associations around Digital prototyping
• Drive new business initiatives into competitive markets
• Adopted best practices with Territory team in growing business and relationship with customers
• Work with other stakeholders and supporting teams (including Field Marketing, Technical Support, etc.) to build and execute on business plan and sales strategy to customers and partners
• Maintain strong relationships with the Autodesk channel partners
• Provide Management with a weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast of business in nominated accounts as well as run-rate business
• Manage accountability, sales activities, and forecasts through salesforce.com
• Build and maintain a strong knowledge of Autodesk products and solutions
• Provide regular customer feedback to the product, industry & strategic marketing teams to help identify product strengths and areas of improvement
• Act as a representative of Autodesk; give presentations to client groups at thought leadership events
Requirements
• BA/BS required, 10+ years in a sales knowledge in the Manufacturing industry.
• Domain expertise in the Manufacturing industry and good understanding of Utilities/ Building/ Engineering.
• Knowledge of Current Manufacturing trends, non-domestic business practices, and a global perspective are required.
• Experienced in selling direct and through resellers.
• Strong business ethics, with a natural ability and motivation to build strong customer relationships at the senior levels.
• Flexibility to work outside standard work hours when required.
• Must be willing to travel 30% - 50% of time in order to achieve projected goals.
