Summary:
Sr. Manager, Retention & Loyalty Marketing will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of customer centric retention & loyalty programs and campaigns. Responsibilities include developing strategic frameworks, programs and budgets. Financial management, tactical plan development and vendor management.
Position Objective:All responsibilities executed with a goal to increase Net Promoter Score and Customer Lifetime Value, grow customer loyalty and brand health metrics, improve customer retention and provide a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop retention & loyalty strategic and tactical plans
• Serve as program manager for proactive retention and loyalty programs; ensuring flawless program execution and quality control for vendors and agencies
• Partner effectively with key stakeholders; confidently present and influence/persuade point of view(s)
• Collaborate cross functionally to develop new programs and enterprise capabilities; improve existing programs
• Coordinate Retention Marketing Team (X Divisional) strategic forums and meetings
• Manage corporate retention and loyalty budget forecasts, reconciliations and financial tracking
• Manage program costs seeking to improve ROI
• Construct proforma(s) and related financial models to support retention and loyalty initiatives
• Compile, analyze and report out program results
Job Specification:
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• Generally requires 8-11 years related experience
• Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing including digital, print, email, telemarketing
• Experienced with agency and vendor management
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, organizational, prioritization and project management skills
• Must be innovative, data-savvy, proactive and a strong team player
• High fluency in Microsoft Office with focus on excel modeling
• Self-starter, works well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills including creation of executive level presentations
• Project management of large scale initiatives
• Proven ability to communicate and build cross functional relationships
• Cable industry experience strongly favored
