Job Summary:
Technical program manager responsible for establishing end-to-end processes, alongside associated reports and audits, for SMB Sales Channel. Identifies new opportunities for operational improvement, and coordinate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, IT, Telecom, and Marketing teams as needed to drive program initiatives related to sales channel optimization. Analyze business rules and performance using Sales Force and other rep-facing tools and make strategic recommendations to senior leadership teams.
Candidate will also be subject matter expert on DNC and other compliance rules for outbound channel, establishing process improvements both system-based and behavior-based to drive to compliance, while creating dashboards for visibility and benchmarking.
Core Responsibilities:
• Act as lead expert on compliance rules across all channels.
• Interfaces with appropriate internal groups (i.e., Marketing, Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, and Legal Affairs) for program and process management
• Act as a go-to operational manager for field partners in sales.
• Maintains a high level of technical expertise and sales proficiency to meet the reporting needs on client activity.
• Manages report generation and performs ad hoc analysis to understand the drivers and leading indicators of sales channels, supporting HQ and field partners.
• Generates daily activity reports and reporting trends
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specification:
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• Generally requires 8-11 years related experience
• Excellent Excel skills required
• Sales Force experience is a plus
