DESCRIPTION:
CBS Radio, San Diego is looking for an outgoing, friendly and professional part-time receptionist to work the morning shift from 8:00am - 12:00pm, Monday-Friday; must also be available to fill in full-time or work the afternoon shift occasionally when needed. Duties include greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner; answering phones and routing calls appropriately; responding to inquiries about station contact information, directions, contest/prize details, website, and other related information; distributing prizes to contest winners; receiving and distributing incoming mail and deliveries, and posting out-going mail; monitoring inventory of office supplies and maintenance of office equipment; providing clerical support to various departments as needed; performing additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
• 2+ years reception experience preferred; customer-service or other office experience will be considered.
• Excellent phone etiquette, verbal communication, and computer skills are a must.
• The ability to multi-task, organize and manage workload.
• A professional demeanor and appearance.
• Must be punctual and have a flexible schedule.
• Proficient in Outlook and MS Office applications.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
