Responsibilities
• Keep & Maintain production shoot calendar for all depts./groups
• Generate daily call sheets for productions
• Assist with needs in physical production as requested
• Issue & Generate Insurance Certificates
• Book Feeds as needed for daily production
• Coordinate shoots for each show in production including hair & make up, Permits, EFP crews, etc.
• Coordinate travel, wardrobe, car services, craft services and assistants as needed
• Create AFTRA timecards, cast reports & Talent Deal Requests as needed for current productions
• Ensure Union rules for NABET & IA as applicable to productions are being adhered to
• Review invoices for booked services and provide to Finance for processing
• Work with Legal in securing Location Agreements & Talent Deal Requests
• Assist with P-card receipts & reconciliation for wardrobe
• Maintain Wardrobe Inventory
• Arrange location permits as needed
• New Hire paperwork for all hires (producers, talent, models, etc.)
• Coordinate all 3rd Party paperwork with 3rd party production teams: cue sheets, Final Edit reports, Certificates of Engagement, shooting permits, etc. Guarantee they are complete and stored electronically and hard copies.
• PCN requests as needed for contractors & short term hires
• Maintain good working relationships and cooperate actively Scheduling, Finance and other internal departments as well as outside associates to ensure that the objectives of the production are met
• Keep track of all New Media-owned equipment. Check equipment in and out to other CEG departments. Keep a list of all groups and operators the cameras and decks have been loaned out to. Work with engineering to stay on top of repairs and return dates.
• Assist in administering policies to ensure all activities are guided by uniform rules & established procedures
• Negotiate prices with vendors and crew
• Other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of experience working in production, a studio, or field work
• Experience in the digital space as well as a network environment
