We have an opening for an experienced, innovative, strategic Product Marketing Manager-Engrade in our NYC or Columbus office. Does this sound like you?
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Product Marketing Manager-Engrade will be responsible for our learning management and assessment solutions. To ensure the needs of the market are being met, this role will have a deep, ongoing understanding of the market including competitors, trends and market needs. This role will maximize our market share & profitability by pulling the product, pricing & packaging, marketing promotion & distribution levers.
Critical Functions:
• Research market trends and needs.
• Developing competitive analysis.
• Manage the development of sales ready deliverables, such as:
◦ Product websites.
◦ National and account level collateral.
◦ Sales presentations.
◦ Event support (national and regional conferences, user conferences, symposiums, etc.)
• Support efforts around the development of brands, messaging, positioning.
• Partner with specialized sales force and provide training to all sales teams.
• Develop & execute national and state-level marketing plans to promote our products and services.
A successful candidate will have:
• Five plus years of experience in a strategic marketing or product management function.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in EdTech or in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, strategy, and willing to take risks and question established thinking.
• Highly competent in digital markets.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel.
• Experience managing a budget.
A successful candidate may have:
• Pragmatic Marketing certifications.
